MRS. CHARLES HERMANN

Hazel Dell Reynolds Hermann, 75, died at 9:35 pm Monday at Muscatine General Hospital of complications following an extended illness. Her home was on Route 3.

She was born Sept. 9, 1891, at Muscatine, the daughter of James H. and Nellie Lohr Reynolds. She was a life resident of the community.

She married Charles Hermann in Muscatine in 1913. She was a member of Ziegler Memorial Lutheran church, New Era; she belonged to the Eastern Star at Wilton, the N.N.C. Club at Wilton, The Pollyanna Society at Wilton, and the Muscatine Garden Club.

She is survivied by her husband, Charles; one son, Glenn C. (Dorothy) of Route 3, Muscatine; two daughters, Mrs. Buster (Myldred) Simpson, Temple, Texas, and Mrs. Roger (Doris) Boulet, Clarksville, Tennessee; one sister, Mrs. Beulah Guthrie, Iowa City, eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Her parents and one sister preceded her in death.

Funeral services for Mrs. Hermann will be conducted Thursday at 2 pm at the Ralph J. Wittich Funeral Home. Burial will be at Greenwood Cemetery.

Friends may call at the mortuary after 10 am Wednesday.

Funeral services for Mrs. Charles Hermann, 75, were held at 2 pm today at the Ralph J. Wittich funeral home.

Rev. L.F. Danner and Dr. Walter Tilberg officiated. Mrs. Floyd Scott was organist.

Pallbearers were George Henke, Arnold Petersen, Clarence Fulton, William Mull Sr., W.G. Eichenauer, and Herman Kettelson.

Interment was in Greenwood cemetery.

Mrs. Hermann died Monday night at Muscatine General Hospital.
