HEART AILMENT PROVES FATAL TO HUGH F. CRIGER

Conesville - Hugh Francis Criger, 53, who saw service in both World War 1 and No. 2 died of a heart ailment Monday afternoon at the Charles Roush home where he had stopped for a visit.
He had been in failing health for some time.

The son of Francis and Lydia Criger, he had spent most of his life in this community. Two sisters, Mrs. Mabel Solomon of Conesville and Miss Fern Criger of Rock Island and a brother, Guy Criger of Davenport survive.

The body is at the Richie Funeral home at Columbus Junction and services wil be held at 2 pm Wednesday. Burial will be in the Conesville Cemetery.
