DEATH SUMMONS MRS. HONTS, 65 AT HOME HERE

Mrs. Lottie May Honts, who had spent her entire life in Muscatine county, died at the age of 65 years at 10:50 am today at her home, 107 West Seventh Street. She had been ill for one year and three months, a stroke of apoplexy causing death.

The daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Baker, she was born in Muscatine County Nov. 12, 1881 and was married to George W. Honts on Sept. 17, 1895 at Conesville.

Surviving are one son, Guy V. Honts of Mt. Pleasant, Ia., two daughters, Mrs. Ernest Chown of Nichols and Mrs. Verna Folkers of Cedar Rapids, a brother, John Baker of Nichols and two grandchildren. Her husband preceded her in death.

The body is at the Ralph J. Wittich Funeral home and rites will be held there at 2 pm Thursday with the Rev. David M. Funk of Grace Lutheran Church in charge. Burial will be in the Conesville cemetery at Conesville.
