MRS. EMMA HONTS DEATH FOLLOWS LENGTHY ILLNESS

Mrs. Emma Honts, 316 West Eleventh street, died at her home at 4:45 pm Thursday of a brain hemmorhage. She had been in ill health the past two years.

She was born at Muscatine, Dec. 21, 1904, being a daughter of Henry J. and Bertha Neuhauser Sywassink and had been a lifelong resident of this community. She was married to Kenneth Honts May 25, 1929 at Muscatine.

Mrs. Honts was a member of Grace Lutheran Church. She was a registered nurse.

Surviving are her husband, two brothers, Dr. G.A. Sywassink and Eugene J. Sywassink and two sisters, Mrs. Luther Woods and Mrs. John Dillon, all of Muscatine. She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters and one brother.

Funeral services are to be conducted at the Fairbanks Home for Funerals at 2 pm Monday by the Rev. Joseph M. Kennedy of the First Presbyterian church. Burial will be at Greenwood cemetery.
