Hello, my name is Kari Martin. I am from Oregon. In 2017 my cousin hired a genealogist to map our family tree. I started mapping our family tree on my own on Ancestry. When I came to my family member, Stephen Lane, there was a major roadblock. The answers the genealogist and Ancestry were giving us could not be possible. At this point, my tree has come to a halt. I am looking for anyone that can help me find who Stephen Lane's parents were. Stephen Lane was born on February 2, 1815, in Clark, Indiana but he died on October 15,1865 in Red Oak, Montgomery County, Iowa. He is buried there too. If anyone knows who Stephen Lane's family was, please email me back. Thank you!
