Hello--

I'm trying to connect with others researchign the PITNER surname, specifically with connections to OH, WV, PA, IL and IA.

William Henry Pitner may have been my gggrandfather's brother, but I'm uncertain and trying to learn more about him. Wm. H. Pitner was born February 1938 in Zanesville, OH, and may have been raised by his grandparents, Joseph and Elizabeth JAMES. He died in Red Oak, IA in January 1911.

I have additional info I'd like to share. The PITNER branch is a brick wall for me, so I'm researching any leads or clues I can find.
