Jackson Ancestors

I am searching for ancestors of my great-grandmother, Emma Kathryn Jackson (also known by Katie),born about 1865. She married Lester(also spelled Lister) Lee Barkus in Glenwood, IA on June 13, 1886. Her family was said to come from "around Red Oak, IA." Lester died in 1899 and was buried in Plattsmouth, Nebraska.
