Funeral Held For William Baldwin; Died Saturday After a Lingering Illness
Funeral services for William Baldwin, 78, were held Wednesday at the Boileau & Thomas chapel, with the Rev. J. S. Jones in charge. Interment was made in Evergreen. Music was furnished by Mrs. Orrin Carmichael, the flowers were cared for by Pauline Wilson and Marion Lukehart. Pallbearers were Ed Massengael, Lee Pratt, fred Palmberg, John Maris, Ed Bartlett and John Grasmick. Mr. Baldwin died Saturday morning of complications after an illness of several years. The son of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Baldwin, he was born July 16, 1864, at Salisbury, Mo. He was married to Ollie Liken, who died here on Sept 27, 1922. Survivors are a daughter, Mrs. Mildred Logan of Red Oak, a son, Lester Baldwin of San Francisco, and seven grandchildren. A son, Earl, preceded him in death.
