Funeral mass for James C. Plamondon, MD, 50, Council Bluffs, ( dermatologist ) was in Dubuque with burial also in Dubuque. Hoffmann-Schneider Funeral Home in Dubuque was in charge of arrangements. Memorials may be directed to the St. Mary's Episcopal Center, 516 W. 126 St. New York, NY 10027. Dr. Plamondon had practiced at the Montgomery County Memorial Hospital Clinic.

He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Generouse Moroney Plamondon.

Survivors include two sons, James E. and John P. Plamondon, both of CouncilBluffs, two brothers, Joseph, Ph.D. of Somers, NY, Col. Thomas Plamondon of Okinawa, Japan.
