Funeral services for Hilda H. Hunt, 93, Red Oak, were Monday, jan. 11, at Sellergren-Lindell-Demarce Funeral Home with Rev. Fred Jones officiating. Burial was in the Evergren Cemetery. Memorials are to a charity of your choice. Mrs. Hunt died Thursday ( Jan. 7, 1999) at the Vista Gardens Care Center in Red Oak.

She was born Jan . 15, 1905 in Mills County, near Pony Creek, to Joseph and Anna Stille. She was raised in the Glenwood area. She was united in marriage to Bacil Hunt Dec. 25, 1925 in Glenwood. They lived in Glenwood, Neola and for many years in the Oakland Community. They moved to Red Oak in 1968. She was a member of the First baptist Church in Red Oak.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Bacil Hunt, April 18, 1992, a brother and three sisters.

Survivors include a daughter, Mary ( Mrs. Fred ) Burns of Creston, two sons, Harry Hunt of Council Bluffs and Charles Hunt of Macedonia, eight grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
