Mrs. C. W. Copeland Sick
A telegram received here Friday night from Colorado, told of the serious illness of Mrs. C. W. Copeland, a former resident of Elliott. The message read that the lady was not expected to live. Her three daughters, Mesdames Job Wilson, of this city; W.A. Westover of Grant, and Clark Weidman of Red Oak departed for her bedside Saturday morning.

LATER - Mrs. Copeland died Tuesday and will be brought back to Elliott about Friday. Time for funeral services is not known at present
