Services for Mrs. Broyles

Elliott, May 2. --Ruby Ruth Broyles, daughter of John and Cora Woodling, was born in Pottawattamie County, Iowa October 9, 1898 and died at Oakdale, Iowa, April 27, 1929, age 30 years, six months and 18 days. She was married to Archie Broyles July 10, 1918. To this union four children were born, one dying in infancy. Those living are Raymond, John and Geneva. Mrs. Broyles had been sick for a long time, having been at Oakdale sanitarium 22 months before her death. In spite of so long and trying a sickness, she was always patient and cheerful.

She leaves to mourn her loss her husband, three children and one sister, Mrs. T. A. Jones, of Wales. Funeral services were held at the Church of Christ, conducted by Henry Esch. Music was furnished by a quartet, composed of Mrs. W. I. Kirby, Helen Chandler, R. F. Starr and C. F. Caldwell, with Mrs. Stayer at the piano.

Interment was in the Elliott (Hillside) Cemetery.
