Death of Jacob Foster

Jacob Foster, residing in Pilot Grove township from 1872 until 1897 and since then residing in Red Oak, a respected citizen, died at his home Monday, June 14. The funeral services were held at the home Wednesday afternoon and were conducted by Rev. E. W. McDade, of the M. E. church. The pallbearers were C. N. Heath, R. W. McIntyre, John W. Pogue, John Pettit, James Spicer, and John Spicer. Frank E. Foster, a son, came from Galesburg, Ill., the day
