Services for Viola Kristina Augusta Hausen, 79, Villisca, were Monday at Wolfe Funeral Home in Villisca. The Rev. Sandy Wainwright officated and burial was in Mamre Cemtery, Stanton. She died Thursday (Jan. 26, 1989) at Villisca Good Samaritan Center.

She was born April 24, 1909, in Essex to Mr. and Mrs. Walter Peterson. She married Glendon Peterson Feb. 8, 1928. Following his death, she married Harry Hausen Aug. 24, 1960. She was employed at Immanuel Home in Omaha after her first husband's death until her second marriage and was a member of Villisca Presbyterian Church.

Survivors include one daughter, Maxine Hausen of Villisca; eight grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; one half sister, Marjorie Huntsman of Red Oak; one half brother, Virgil Peterson of Wichita, Kansas.
