Hartley and Margaret Jackson

I'm looking for any information on Hartley Jackson death and/or burial sometime between 1925 and 1930. Lived in Foster, Monroe, Iowa. Born Sep 1854 in Coundon, Durham, England. Was a coal miner in Monroe Co mines. Looking for burial information for Margaret (Hoadley) Jackson his wife. Died 17 Mar 1932 in Monroe, IA. I have searched the 1930's WPA Grave Reg Survey, Findagrave, and Iowa and Iowa Gravestone Photo Project and can't find them anywhere other than the Iowa and US Census.
