Funeral held in Albia Wednesday For Mrs. Burnside

Funeral services were held at the Albia Methodist church Wednesday afternoon for Mrs. William Burnside, 74 years old, who died Monday at the home of her brother, Perry Chedester* of Albia route three. The Rev. E. A. Moore officiated and burial was in Oak View cemetery here.

Mrs. Burnside, who was ill four weeks preceding her death, was reared in Manuta township. She was married Dec. 31, 1883 to William H. Burnside, who died in 1926. Two children, Bessie and Eddie, also preceded her in death.

Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. M. E. Judson of Albia and Mrs. Jane Bates of Des Moines; and three brothers, Con Chedester* of Soldier, Ed Chedester* of Omaha, Neb., and Perry Chedester* of Albia.
