Services for Mrs. Gertrude Rohde Will Be at Onawa Friday

Onawa, Ia. Special: Funeral services for Mrs. Gertrude Rohde, 78, a resident here for 15 years, who died Tuesday at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Justin Keitges, here, will be held at 9 a. m. Friday at St. John's Catholic church. Rev. B. V. Greteman will officiate. Burial will be in St. Joseph cemetery at Anthon under the direction of the Pearson funeral home.

Mrs. Rohde was born February 28, 1863, at Graven, Westphalia, Germany. Before coming to Onawa, she resided at Anthon. She was a member of St. John's Catholic church.

Survivors are eight daughters, Mrs. Keitses, Mrs. Will Walling of Anthon, Mrs. Frances B. Walling of Antioch, Cal., Mrs. Eva S. Schloss and Mrs. Lucille C Pearson, both of Los Angeles, Mrs. Lena J. O'Connell of Berkeley, Cal., Mrs. Mayme E. Scheelhaase of Sioux City, and Mrs. Colletta A. Carr of Pittsburgh, Pa.; a sister, Mrs. Frances Reidmiller of Breda, la.; 23 grandchildren, and 24 great-grandchildren.
