Eva Mulvaney Baker was born May 30, 1906, in Effingham, Illinois, and passed from this life in the Burgess Memorial Hospital in Onawa, Iowa on March 25, 1982. Death came at the age of 75 years.

She was united in marriage with John Baker in South Dakota in 1943. He preceded her in death in December 1979.

She has been a resident of Onawa for the past 30 years, previously she lived in South Dakota.

Survivors include one son, Ben McClure, of Onawa: nine grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

Funeral services were held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, March 27, 1982, at Pearson Funeral Chapel, Onawa, Iowa, with Rev. Everett Epperson officiating. The organist, Mrs. John Johnston, played organ selections.

Casket bearers were Ralph Corn, Everett Allen, Harvey Wilson, Robert McClure, Darrell Allen, and Lonnie Wilson.

Interment was in the Onawa Cemetery, Onawa, Iowa, with arrangements by Pearson Funeral Home, Onawa, Iowa.
