Lori R. Sarrazin, 60, of Whiting, Iowa, passed away Friday, July 3, 2020 at her residence.

Per Lori’s wishes cremation has occurred. No services are being planned at this time. Arrangements are under the direction of Rush Family Care Service, Onawa, Iowa.

Lori R. was born February 4, 1960 in Clarkson, New York, the daughter of Donald Everett Jr. and Darlene L. (Luce) Smith. She grew up in Montana and graduated from Bozeman Senior High School in Bozeman, Montana. She lived in Iowa many years. She attended WITCC in Sioux City, Iowa and graduated with Photography and Bio Medical Equipment Degrees.

She enjoyed photography, being in the outdoors, hunting, fishing, mountains, and loved life and meeting new people. Lori owned and operated Locksmith Lori in Whiting, Iowa for many years.

Lori was a very giving person and always worried about everyone else first. She was a very kind hearted person.

Survivors include her mother, Darlene L. (Luce) Rouse of Billings, Montana; two children, George Jacob (Kara) Smith of Box Elder, South Dakota and Charles Stetson Sarrazin of Wilsall, Montana; two grandchildren, Kade and Savannah Smith; one brother, Don (Barb) Smith of Whiting, Iowa; one sister, JoAnne Schug of Great Falls, Montana; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, Donald Everett Smith, Jr.; and brother-in-law, John Schug.
