Wilma A. Talbert, 76, of Blencoe, Iowa passed away, Wednesday, April 15, 2020 at her residence.

Per Wilma’s wishes, her body has been donated to the Des Moines University Body Donor Program for anatomical and surgical study. No services are planned at this time. Arrangements are under the direction of Rush Family Care Service, Onawa, Iowa.
