Mrs. Albert Stoll

Mrs. Albert Stoll passed away at the Lutheran Hospital in Sioux City Wednesday morning April 7, following a long illness. She took sick on January 4 and was operated on for gall stones. She recovered sufficiently from the operation to be brought home. After two weeks she was again taken to the hospital and gradually became weaker.

Martha Stoll was born March 4, 1883 in Crawford County, Iowa. She was baptized and confirmed in the Lutheran Church. On December 28, 1905 she was united in marriage to Albert Stoll. To this union were born six children, one son preceding his mother in death. Those left to mourn her death are her husband, two sons, Herbert and Henry and three daughters, Mrs. Sigurd Navrude and Mrs. Harry Schmeider of Soldier and Mrs. Herman Moltsau of Onawa. She also leaves four brothers and three sisters, four grandchildren, besides a host of friends.

She passed away on April 7, 1937 at 10 a.m. in the Lutheran Hospital at Sioux City, at the age of 54 years, 1 month and 3 days.

Funeral services were held at the Lutheran Church in Ute Sunday afternoon. – Soldier Sentinel.
