NORTH SIOUX CITY | June Nyreen, 77, of North Sioux City, died Sunday, March 5, 2017, at her home.

Memorial services will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 4130 War Eagle Drive, in Sioux City. Arrangements are under the direction of Berkemier Chapel, Christy-Smith Funeral Home.

In loving remembrance of my wife:

June Nyreen was born on Dec. 27, 1939. She grew up in Onawa, Iowa, and Sioux City. She went to Central High School and worked until retiring from Hospice.

Survivors include her husband, Gary; two children, Mrs. Binnie Goodwin and husband, Richard, and Leon Nyreen; four grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; a brother, Berry Coleman, and his wife, Maryellen; and a sister, Donna McNab.
