8 May 1986Peter Willads Wilson, Onawa, Iowa, died at Elmwood Nursing Home in Onawa on April 26, 1986. Death came at the age of 88 years and 24 days.
He was born at Ostelhjemslev, Denmark, on April 2, 1898. His parents were Neils and Sophia Christna (Nielsen) Petersen. In 1925 he came to the United States and made his home in Onawa. He was a retired Garst seed corn dealer.
He is survived by sisters and brothers in Denmark.
The body was cremated.
A private prayer service was held at the Pearson Funeral Home at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, April 28, 1986, with Rev. Everett Epperson officiating. Arrangements were by the Pearson Funeral Home, Onawa.
