Ronald L. Raymond, 68, of Onawa, Iowa, died Monday, January 25, 2016 at his residence.
A Celebration of Life service will be held 1:00 P.M. Saturday, February 13, 2016 at the First Christian Church in Onawa, led by Lonnie Campbell, and followed by a luncheon at the church. Arrangements are under the direction of Rush Family Care Service in Onawa.

Ronald Leroy was born September 29, 1947 in Pisgah, Iowa, son of Albert and Bernadine (Heistand) Raymond.

He worked as a semi truck driver for much of his life. He enjoyed everything to do with the great outdoors, especially hunting, fishing, camping, and tending to all of his flower beds. Above all, he loved to spend time with his family and friends.

Survivors include his wife, Sandra Raymond of Onawa, IA; three daughters, Andrea Sillivent of Los Lunas, NM, Michelle Kuhlman of Onawa, IA, and Amanda Raymond of Marshalltown, IA; five grandchildren, Breanna Kuhlman, Cody Kuhlman, Cody Moulder, Dustin Moulder, and Crystal Moulder; his mother, Bernadine Raymond of Onawa, IA; two brothers, Earl Raymond of Elizabeth, CO and Eddy Raymond of Sioux City, IA; five sisters, Linda Ranger of Hudson, CO, Peggy Biggerstaff of Sioux City, IA, Cheryl Terrell of Sioux City, IA, Lorrie Keller of Onawa, IA, and Rhonda Weidt of Onawa, IA; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Albert "George" Raymond; paternal grandparents, Frank and Bessie Raymond; and maternal grandparents, Roy and Minnie Heistand.
