Former Moorhead Girl Dies in Sioux City

Mrs. Anna Landon, age 53, of San Diego, California died Friday night in a Sioux City hospital after an illness of 17 days. Mrs. Landon came from her California home to Wagner, S.D. six weeks ago on account of the death of her father, O.M. Moe, who formerly lived at Moorhead. She became seriously ill while at Wagner and was removed to the Sioux City hospital.

Mrs. London was born in Green County, Wisconsin, February 21, 1879 and came with her parents to Moorhead in 1883. In 1895 the family moved to Wagner and 9 years ago Mrs. Landon went to San Diego to make her home.

Survivors include her husband, C.C. Landon of San Diego, three brothers, A.S., Oscar and Henry Moe of Wagner and four sisters, Mrs. Bert Gibson, Ravinia, S.D., Mrs. S.A. Board, San Diego and Mrs. C.C. Millen and Mrs. J.A. Lemke, Sioux City.
