Edna M. Jackson, 94, of Sioux City died Wednesday, Feb. 11, 1998, at a Sioux City hospital.

Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Third Presbyterian Church, with the Rev. James E. Nelson officiating. Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery at Mapleton, Iowa. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today, with the family present from 6 to 8 p.m., at Nelson-Berger Morningside Chapel.

Mrs. Jackson was born Jan. 24, 1904, in Mapleton, the daughter of Otto and Letitia (Albert) Lewis. She graduated from Mapleton High School.

She married Elmer E. Jackson on Dec. 19, 1922, in Mapleton. The couple lived and farmed in Monona County, Iowa, until 1945, when they moved to Sioux City. He died Sept. 13, 1951. She was employed with Wincharger until 1966, and with Sunrise Manor Dietary until 1977.

She was a member of Third Presbyterian Church, where she served as a deacon, the Presbyterian Women and played piano for the Sunday School for many years.

Survivors include two sons and their wives, Phil and Barbara of Sioux City and William "Bill" 0. and Darline of Russelville, Ark.; five grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; a great-great-grandson; and a stepsister, Lois Jensen of Mapleton.

She was preceded in death by two brothers, Vernon and Gordon; and a great-granddaughter.

Memorials may be directed to Third Presbyterian Church.
