Geoffry P. "Geoff" Frisch, 25, of Sioux City died Tuesday, Oct. 20, 1998, in Sioux City.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Boniface Catholic Church, with the Rev. Kevin M. Richter officiating. Burial will be in Hite Cemetery, Whiting, Iowa. Visitation will be 2 to 8 p.m. today, with the family present 6 to 8 p.m. and a Scripture service at 7 p.m., at Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel.

Mr. Frisch was born July 30, 1973, in Sioux City, the son of Daniel and Christy (Snodgrass) Frisch. He attended St. Boniface and Emerson Grade School, West Junior High School and West High School. He then attended Universal Technical Institute in Omaha, Neb., where he received his certificate in refrigeration, heating and air conditioning. He was employed as a roofer and had worked for Ideal Roofing and Derby Construction.

He played football and baseball for West junior and high schools. He enjoyed the outdoors, hunting and golf.

Survivors include his parents; a daughter, Callie Lynn of Sioux City; two sisters, Lisa Frisch and her friend, Jerry Turner, and Sara Frisch, all of Sioux City; paternal grandmother, Blanche Frisch of Sioux City; maternal grandparents, Paul and Barbara Snodgrass of Sioux City; three nephews; and a niece.

He was preceded in death by paternal grandfather, Lawrence Frisch; great-grandmother, Mildred "Dutch" Anderson; and an uncle.

Pallbearers will be Shad Derby, Mike Elgert, Mark Elgert Jr., Russ Buckholtz, Jerry Turner and Willie Casey
