Paul Charles Price was born in Onawa, Iowa on January 22, 1916 and passed from this life in the hospital in Omaha, Neb. on December 24, 1980. Death came at the age of 64 years, 11 months and 2 days.

Early in life he accepted the Christ as his Savior and was baptized in the First Christian Church in Onawa. For the past several years he has made his home in Omaha, Neb.

Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Ron (Vicki) Schmidt of Sturgis, S. D., five brothers, Clarence Price in Akron, Iowa; Marvin Price, Edward Price, and Arthur Price, all of Council Bluffs, Iowa and Garnet Price of Tabor, Iowa, four sisters, Rachel Johnson of Sioux City, Muriel Ryken of Sioux Falls, S. D., Virginia England of Clarksville, Ark., and Harriet Monico of Omaha, Neb.

There are several other relatives, including grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

Services were conducted in the Crosby-Kunold-Burket Chapel in Omaha, Neb., with burial in the Harrison Cemetery west of Whiting, Iowa.
