Mrs. Margaret A. Weidman, age 74 of Aurora, Illinois, passed away Monday, December 1, 2003 at Rush-Copley Medical Center in Illinois.
Funeral services were held Thursday, December 4 at 10:00 a.m. at Healy Chapel in Aurora, Illinois. Interment was in Lincoln Memorial Park.
Margaret was born April 1, 1929 in Rodney, Iowa, to the late Harold and Maude Ingram. She graduated from Mapleton High School in 1947. Margaret was employed at National Brush and Anchor Brush for a number of years until the companies moved out of Aurora. She then was employed at the Simmons High School until her retirement. Margaret and her husband, James Weidman were married September 12, 1952 and celebrated 51 years of married life, both helping each other inside and outside the home. Her favorite hobby was her love of many different sports on T.V. Margaret will be missed by her husband and everybody who knew her.
She is survived by her husband, James J. Weidman of Aurora; two brothers, Roger (Kay) Ingram and Newell (Janice) Ingram, both of Iowa; her sister, Gertrude Ingram of Ottawa, Illinois; many nieces and nephews from Iowa and Shirley Clark, Wanda Pollen and Lynn (Terry) Morris; and her sister-in-law, Florence Ohl of West Chicago.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Paul Ingram and a sister, Dorothy Hanks.
