Final Rites Held for Mrs. Guy Severson Tuesday Afternoon

Mrs. Guy Severson passed away Saturday, March 4, at the Burgess Memorial Hospital in Onawa after a brief illness.

She was born may 13, 1896 at Dunlap and was a lifetime reside not the Dunlap, Soldier and Moorhead communities.

She is survived by her husband, Guy; two son, Ronald of LeMars and Raymond of Moorhead; three sisters, Mrs. Ruby Butler and Mrs. Minnie Olson, both of Onawa, and Mrs. Lester (Lillian) Nelson of Dallas, Texas; and 11 grandchildren.

Funeral services were held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 7, in the Lutheran Church at Soldier, Rev. Arnold Mathison officiating. Interment was in the Lutheran Church Cemetery with arrangements by the Pearson Funeral Home of Soldier.
