EDWARD A. PRICE

Edward A. Price, 74, 3615 Ave. D, Council Bluffs, Iowa, died Friday, March 22, 1987 in a Glenwood care facility.

Mr. Price was born in Whiting, Iowa (in 1911 per SSDI), to Mr. and Mrs. Edwin J. Price. The Prices later moved to Onawa. He had lived in Council Bluffs since 1951. Mr. Price was a cab driver for the Yellow Cab Company of Omaha for 20 years before retiring in 1976. He and his wife, Alda, have been married for 37 years.

Survivors include his wife; sons, Edward E., Duane A., and Ronald W., all of Council Bluffs; daughters, JoAnn Bradshaw and Beverly Sinoni, both of Yankton, S. D., Nancy Petry of Fremont, Ind., Diane Price of Omaha, Karen Sue Price of Council Bluffs, Patricia Hansen of Minnesota, and Peggy Ann Case of Hawarden; brothers, Clarence of Sioux City, Marvin and Arthur of Council Bluffs; grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Monday at the Neyer Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. Larry Smith of the Southside Christian Church officiated. Interment was in the Ridgewood Cemetery.
