Mrs. Heisler Is Buried Monday
Funeral Services Held in Methodist Church for Lifelong Resident

Funeral services were held Monday afternoon in the Methodist church for Mrs. Bonnie Mae Heisler, 45-year-old lifetime resident of Mapleton who passed away Saturday in the home of her mother, Mrs. Alberta Heisler, on Second Street.

She had been seriously ill for 7 weeks and had returned here 2 weeks ago from the Onawa hospital where she had been a patient for 6 weeks. Rev. George A. Osborn, pastor of the church, was i n charge of the services. Interment was in Heisler cemetery near Mapleton under the direction of the Byers Funeral home.

Pallbearers were W. I. LeFebvre, Gerald Nathich, Francis Pinkney, Sam Chapman, W.L. Zediker and Irving Holloway.

Born here March 11, 1900, to Harry and Alberta Heisler, she lived her entire life in Mapleton.

She is survived by 1 son, Staff/ Sgt William J. Heisler of the Army Air corps, who is here on furlough; her mother, Mrs. Alberta Heisler; 2 brothers, Gilbert of Mapleton and William of Cherokee; 2 nieces and 5 nephews.

Her father, and 1 sister, Ruby, preceded her in death.
