Delberta Hart, 69, of Mapleton died Tuesday, August 9, 1963, in a nursing home in Battle Creek after a long illness.

Memorial services were at 2:00 p.m. Saturday in the Walter Funeral Home in Mapleton. Maurice Lunda officiated. Burial was in the Heisler Cemetery at Mapleton.

Mrs. Hart, the former Delberta Zediker was born February 12, 1914 to Racy John and Lillian (Muckey) Zediker at Mapleton and graduated from the Mapleton High School in 1983. She moved to California in 1937, where she worked for Douglas Aircraft Company during World War EL She moved to Council Bluffs in 1974 and returned to Mapleton in April of 1983.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters and one brother.

Survivors include three brothers, Maurice, John and James, all of Mapleton and three sisters, Mrs. Paul (Caryl) Smith of Onawa, Mrs. Leonard (Shirley) Koenigs of Council Bluffs and Mrs. Chris (Harriett) Nielsen of Mapleton.
