Kathy Ann Blakely, daughter of Gail and Beverly Blakely of Ticonic was born Sunday evening May 21 at the Methodist hospital in Sioux City and passed away May 22.

Graveside funeral services were held 2 p. m. Tuesday with Rev-Garner Osborn of Danbury in charge. Burial was in Grant Cemetery under the direction of the Willman funeral home of Rodney

Survivors include the parents, the grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Albert H. Blakely of Ticonic and Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Lacock of Cedar Rapids, and the great grandparents, Mrs. Amy Jane Woodward of Ticonic, Mr. and Mrs. M I. Lacock of Cedar Rapids and Mr. and Mrs. T. E. Stoneking of Mt. Vernon.
