Beverly Ann Blakely

Beverly Ann Lacock, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Lacock was born October 3, 1920, near Martelle in Linn County, Iowa.

She died November 11, 1957 in a Sioux City hospital. She was graduated from Springville, Iowa high school and attended Morningside College. She was a member of the Methodist Church of Martelle.

On July 31, 1949 she was united in marriage to Gail W. Blakely of Castana. They made their home on a farm near Rodney. To this union three children were born; Kathy Ann who died in infancy, Scott Dean and Susan Kay.

She is survived by her husband; two children; her father, Ralph Lacock of North English, Iowa; two brothers, Don of Marion and Roger of Iowa City, her grandparents, M\r. and Mrs. Lacock of Marion and Mrs. Mitt Stoneking of Mt. Vernon. Her mother preceded her in death October 26, 1957.
