MRS. DORA NEWTON

Mrs. Dora Irish Newton, 79, 2607 Myrtle Street, Sioux City resident the last three years and a resident of Smithland for 30 years, died Wednesday.

Mrs. Newton was born June 19, 1877, at Bloomington, Wis. She was married August 15, 1899, to John W. Newton. Mr. Newton died August 22, 1936.

Survivors are a son, Milo of Sioux City; a sister, Mrs. Amos Lewellen of Nampa, Idaho, and a brother, Elgie Irish of Warren, Idaho.

Funeral services will be at 2:30 p.m. today at the Willman funeral home chapel in Rodney, Ia. Burial will be in Grant cemetery near Rodney.
