Onawa, Iowa--Beulah Marie Roberts, 90, of Onawa died Monday, September 20, 1999, at Elmwood Care Centre in Onawa.

Graveside services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday in Onawa Cemetery, with the Rev. Donald R Ludwick officiating. There will be visitation. Arrangements are under the direction of Pearson Funeral Home in Onawa.

Mrs. Roberts was born May 1, 1909, in Kennebec Township, near Castana, Iowa, the daughter of Frans and Mabl (Allen) Anderson. She attended Onawa High School.

She married Wayne W Roberts on Dec. 26, 1927, in Denison, Iowa. He deid Dec 11, 1991, in Onawa.

She was a homemaker and was employed at Onawa Country Club and the Council Oak Grocery Store. She entered Elmwood Care Centre in March 1991.

She was baptized in the Christian Church in Ticonic.

Survivors include two sons and their wives, Don E. and Sharon of Washington, Kan. and Gayle H and Donna of Wood River, Ill.; three grandchildren, several great-grandchildren; a brother, Alan Anderson of Sioux City; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by four brothers, Harold, Charlie, Albert and Roy; and two great-grandchildren.
