ONAWA, Iowa -- Tracy R. Moltsau, 92, of Onawa died Saturday, Aug. 3, 2002, at Burgess Health Center in Onawa.

Services will be 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Rush Family Chapel in Onawa, with the Rev. Steven Hetzel officiating. Burial will be in Onawa Cemetery. Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, with the family present 6 to 8 p.m., at the funeral home.

Tracy was born Oct. 4, 1909, at Mapleton, St. Clair Township, Iowa, the daughter of Frank and Augusta (Duskey) Miller. She was married to Clarence Moltsau on Feb. 10, 1929, in Mapleton. Mr. Moltsau passed away Feb. 14, 1997, in Onawa.

Tracy owned and operated restaurants in Woodbine and Moorhead, Iowa. She was a seamstress and an energetic homemaker, always available to others in their time of need. Her hobby was growing flowering plants with a fond appreciation for their beauty. She was baptized and confirmed in the Lutheran faith.

Survivors include two daughters and their husbands, Elsie and Jim Kalskett of Moorhead, and Norma and Dr. Paul Byers of Sergeant Bluff; a son, Wayne of Muskogee, Okla.; 22 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a son, Loren Arthur; six brothers, Emil, Hans, Frank Jr., Bill, Fred and Gust Miller; and two sisters, Emma Mauch and Tracy's twin, Elsie Miller.
