23 July 2002CASTANA, Iowa -- Gerald Dean Phipps, 61, of Castana died Sunday, July 21, 2002, at Burgess Health Center in Onawa, Iowa.
Services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Whiting Christian Church in Whiting, Iowa. Burial will be in Whiting Cemetery. Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. today, with the family present 6 to 7 p.m., at the church. Arrangements are under the direction of Rush Family Care Service in Onawa.
