Dies After Being Sick Nine Years

Pearl Robison, a resident of Onawa since 1899 died at the Onawa hospital on Tuesday, December 28th, 1954 following an illness extending over a period of nine years.

Mr. Robison in 1912 started on a career of a painter and paper-hanger in Onawa and continued in that profession until his illness, when he was obliged to give up his work. Pearl Avery Robison was born February 2nd 1888, the son of Simpson and Zoah Robison.

He was married to Jennie Amelia Peterson on October 21st, 1911 and the couple made their home in Onawa all their married life.

Mr. Robinson is survived by his widow, Jennie and two sisters, Mrs. Sylvia Tarnow of Onawa, Nebr. and Mrs. Pansy Beebee of Hamilton, Montana.
Pearl attended the Onawa High School. He was born at Quincy, Adams County, Iowa.

Funeral services were held on Thursday, December 30th 1954 at the Pearson Funeral Home, Rev Robert Fitzgerald of the Trinity Lutheran Church of this city officiating. Burial was made in the Onawa Cemetery.
