Mrs Hulda Marie Carlson of Sloan, Iowa Died June 26, 1954

Funeral services for Mrs Hulda Marie Carlson, 71, lifelong resident of the Sloan community died, Saturday, June 28th 1954 at the Onawa hospital.

Services were held on Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the Covenant Mission Church at Sloan with Rev. Ernest Anderson and Rev Robert Coebel officiating. Burial was made in the Fairview Cemetery under the direction of the Hilts Funeral Home of Sloan. Mrs Carlson was born December 26, 1882 at Sloan.

She was a member of the Covenant Mission Church.
Survivors are two daughters, Mrs Alfreda Polly of Council Bluffs, Iowa and Mrs Viola Anderson of Sloan, Iowa: two sons, Carl of Sloan and Alfred of Sioux City: four brothers, Carl and John Jacobson both of Sloan, Oscar of Sioux Falls, S.D. and Luther of Onawa and five grandchildren.
