AMUNSON

Lowell and Esther Amunson, Soldier, Iowa, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with an open house from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday at the Soldier Community Building.

Hosts will be their children: Mary and Rick Bland, Sioux City; Julie and William Britton, Slater, Iowa; and Doris and James McBurney, Moorhead, Iowa. The couple have 10 grandchildren.

Mr. Amunson and the former Esther Cummins were married May 16, 1940, in Soldier.
