original osage cemetary under the RR

These name ar mentioned in an article mentioning the cemetary that was before 1850. My brother bought a house in the area of this old cemetary. He beleives it is haunted . I believe it is the ghost's of those who were not moved to the current cemetary, but were left under the RR tracks. Any thoughts as to what can be done with such a place, as no one wants to live in it?
