St. Ansgar info

I am planning to visit St. Ansgar in a mid-August to see where my great grandparents had settled. Two questions:
(1) does anyone know if the original First Lutheran Cemetery records there are accessible anywhere (not just the listing available on this site, but possibly copies of death certificates, etc.) -- there appears to be some confusions about names for my gg grandmother who is buried there.
(2) Would there be any city directories available from the 1920s? I am trying to figure out their address -- they retired to St Ansgar town and built a house on a small farm on the edge of town, I think. I have a photo of the house and would like to see if is it still there.
