This Margaret Webb who died on July 6, 1918 was married to John Webb (May 1850 - February 21, 1914). They are buried together in the Osage Cemetery. In 1900, this John and Margaret are enumerated in the census in Rudd, Floyd County, Iowa. They were both born in Ireland. Looks like it is not your 2nd great uncle's wife. Besides her maiden name was Elliott.
