DIED - In Osage, Friday morning, September 12, 1879, of Embolism, Julia A., wife of Edwin L. Sawyer, aged 27 years.

Mrs. Sawyer grew to womanhood in this county and enjoyed a wide circle of acquaintances. Every one who knew her loved her for her gentleness of manner and quiet, christian grace. Many homes other than her own will feel the stroke of her death very keenly. The surviving members of the family have our heartfelt sympathy in their affliction.
