Inga Olsen was born February 5, 1903, at Newburg, Mitchell, Iowa, to Gunvald Leonard Olsen and Karin Abrahamson, the first of their seven children.

1920: Gunval Olsen 53, Karen A Olsen 47, Inga O Olsen 16, Alma C Olsen 15, Robert L Olsen 13, Gina A Olsen 11, Borghilda G Olsen 8, Clara O Olsen 6.

1925: Gunval Olson 58, Carine Olson 52, Inga Olson 22, Olga Olson 20, Robert Olson 18, Gina Olson 16, Borgimld Olson 13, Clara Olson 11.

Inga married Rene Taets on December 11, 1927, at Manly, Worth, Iowa.

The couple had four daughters:
Rosaline M. (b May 20, 1928, d October 30, 1990);

Kathryn Grace (b January 26, 1931, d March 12, 2014),

Geraldine M.

Found in the 1940 census at Afton, Howard, Iowa: Rone Taets 39, Inga Taets 37, Rose Line Taets 11, Catherine Taets 9, Marine Taets 3, Geraldine Taets 5 mos.

July 1945: Lived at Little Cedar, Iowa

Inga Taets died January 29, 1990 at Osage, Mitchell, Iowa and is buried at Riverside Cemetery, Riceville, Mitchell, Iowa.
