Word has been received of the death of a former Osage resident, Raymond (Ray) Donald Ralph, in Loveland, Colorado, May 9, 1983, following a short illness.

He was a contractor in residential construction in Osage until he moved to the Denver area of Colorado, where he continued in the construction field.

Raymond was born on January 25, 1915 in Carroll. He graduated with the class of 1931 from the Carroll High School He was a member of the 2nd Armored Division in World War II, a member of the American Legion Post No. 2021 of Moab, Utah.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Truman G. and Nan R. Ralph and one brother, LeRoy.

He is survived by three daughters, Eileen Halbach, Diana Lawrence and Sandra Tobin all of Denver, Colorado; one brother, John, and eight grandchildren.
