Funeral services for Mrs. Eva Ullevig, 91, who died Saturday, April 16, 1983, at the White House Nursing Home, were held on Tuesday, April 19, at Sacred Heart Church, Osage, with Rev. J. Roth officiating. Burial was at Resurrection Cemetery, Mendota, Minnesota. Champion Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Ullevig was born in Massachusetts, on March 17, 1892, the daughter of William Valade and Nellie Richards Valade.

She lived in Osage, Iowa, for many years.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Carl Haackenson and also by her second husband, John Ullevig, her parents and by several sisters and brothers.

She is survived by a step-daughter, Mrs. Frank (Fern) Murray, Port Charlotte, Florida; and by several nieces and nephews.
