Mathilda A Jensen born August 4, 1878 at Cedar township, Mitchell County, Iowa to Martin James Jensen and Maria C Hanson, the second of their nine children.

She was baptized at the Rock Creek Lutheran Church on September 8, 1878, Meroa, Cedar, Mitchell, Iowa.

She died on August 1, 1879 at Cedar, Mitchell, Iowa and was buried at the Rock Creek Lutheran Church Cemetery, Meroa, Iowa.
